"Fabulous
food and service - rivals any fine dining establishment... My husband
and I went for the steak special on a Wednesday night - great deal.
He had the steak and I had the fish. The food was gourmet quality and
absolutely delicious. The waitress gave impeccable service with a friendly
smile and went over and above to be accommodating. Subsequently my daughter
and son-in-law went and can't wait to go back too."

"This
is the best restaurant in Waterboro, hands down, it rivals any other
restaurant nearby too for excellent food, Fantastic drinks and attentive
service! I have been there several times for dinner and once for lunch
and every time I was pleasantly suprised by the delicious steaks, roasted
asparagus, homemade blue cheese dressing, and I have to mention the
horny margaritas!!! I think the flat iron steak is a BARGAIN. They are
to die for. Ask for Jamie - she is a great server!!!!"

"Very impressive restaurant! Priced
a little bit higher than the norm for the area but when you taste their
food you will understand why. Great service, ambiance and delicious
food! Well done! I will definitely go back!"

"Without a doubt, the best restaurant
in the entire Waterboro, Hollis, Buxton area. I was stunned at the high
quality of the food. The portions were large, the food was fresh, and
the cost was very reasonable. My mother (from the South) came up and
I treated her and my young one to a meal out. I’ve never been there
before and had visited the location when it was Lee’s and liked it OK.
I can’t stress enough how great the food was. I had the fried provolone
cheese as an appetizer at it was the best fried cheese I ever had! Everything
was just great! One other important note was the customer service. It
was top notch. I would highly recommend this restaurant."

"A new restaurant in an area that
really needed an upscale place. The food is great - have been several
times and have been consistently happy. Prices are reasonable, staff
is friendly, owner/bartender is onsite and happy to make your dining
experience a great one. Atmosphere is friendly and relaxed. I would
definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone."

"I travel this route often between
Maine and NH. Portland Maine is my all time favorite city to eat in
so I would never have thought to stop in Waterboro Maine for an incredible
dining experience. That is until someone told me about One Ninety-Nine
Sokokis. Treat yourself and check this little gem out. You will not
be disappointed."

the food and it had a great atmosphere, service and again food! I recommend
this to any steak, seafood or burger lover, you'll find what you want

"I've been to 199 Sokokis now on
3 occasions and have tried the burgers, steaks, and seafood. They have
been open for only a matter of weeks and they are consistently the best
food in the area. Don't waste time going to Portland or Biddeford for
a decent meal, this is the place! The competition in the area and even
out of town doesn't even come close to stacking up."
